The Log rum cakes are available to buy as:

Small - 2.5 inch x 6 inch (6cm x 15cm)
Medium - 4-inch x 8.5-inch (10cm x 22cm)
Large – 5-inch x 9-inch (13cm x 23cm)

Crafted using only the finest ingredients to create each high-quality cake, all made with love and full of the flavours of the Caribbean.

Rum Cake is often served with a glass of rum, wine, or a cup of tea or coffee.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool place.
After opening, the cake is best consumed within two to three days but can last a week.
If you want your cake to last longer than 1 week, then add a bit more rum or wine on the cake.
Cakes will last one month if unopened and stored in an airtight container.
Cakes can last for 12 months if frozen.
